Proscription is the best transcription company we have ever used. Our last couple of transcription companies we used was very frustrating to deal with because they would lose our dictation and I would have to re-dictate. I would also have to take the time to read over every dictation because of all the mistakes and wrong names of referring physicians. It is nice to not have to worry about getting the dictation back and having to proof every dictation. The confirmation numbers are nice for I know the dictation was received If I have an issue, I make one call and I know it is taken care of. Proscription has given us excellent customer service and the quality of the transcription is wonderful.

ProScription is an excellent transcription company that goes above and beyond customer satisfaction. Our last transcription company left us in a very tough situation. First, they were losing our transcription and when we were able to get our transcription is was full of mistakes. Our providers had to re-dictate numerous times. I called ProScription and explained our concerns and what we were looking for in a transcription company. Proscription stepped up and delivered. The system is very easy to use and HIPPA secure. Their system of checks and balances to find transcription is also a very nice feature. Our transcription always returns within 24 hours and with excellent accuracy. We are a very high volume practice so it is nice to know that transcription is not an issue anymore. It is reassuring to me, if there is an issue all you have to do is make one call and things will be taken care of. I would highly recommend to Proscription to any medical practice.
